Michelle first found her way to yoga as a young dancer searching for a movement practice to supplement her training. Early on in her journey, she discovered a much deeper connection to yoga that embodied movement, breath, meditation, and connection to self. Throughout her career in education, she found ways to incorporate yoga into her teaching with dance, fitness, and physical education classes. After years of hoping to one day become a certified yoga instructor, Michelle completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Vive LA Yoga. Michelle strives to offer classes that encourage practitioners to listen to their bodies. She holds a deep belief that our movement practice is our own and each day is a new opportunity to honor our bodies and move with intention.
