Hello fellow cosmic souls! I am Michelle Marks and so excited to embark on this yoga journey with you.

By day I am an early elementary school teacher with an insatiable passion for travel, culture, and adventure.

I have been practicing yoga for many years but its medicine truly called to me during a time when outward travel was not an option- so I went inward, and I am so grateful I did.

Let’s push our boundaries together, in sacred space, and find those pieces of ourselves waiting to be discovered.

She immediately enrolled in a 200hr teacher training in beautiful Costa Rica. Angel has continued to expand her knowledge and receive certifications in trauma-informed practices, yin yoga, and Ahimsa philosophy. Angel brings a fun and funky vibe to her classes, incorporating meditative elements, and tribal sounds. She believes her calling as a yoga teacher is to help her students awaken the connection to the ultimate bliss that is already present inside them.

Rachael started practicing yoga in 2011 in her hometown of Cape Cod, Massachusetts where she completed her 200-Hour RYT in 2022 through Sojourn Yoga School. Growing up as a competitive cheerleader, long-distance runner, and lover of all things active, she was intuitively drawn to yoga as a teenager. It’s something she seeks wherever she goes, considering herself a life-long student.

For her Yoga has evoked connection, community, creativity, healing and an opportunity to be well-informed about the body. She believes that through practicing with mindfulness and consistency, we can learn more about our true self and take yoga beyond the mat.

Rachael’s aims for her classes to be accessible for everyone, offering versatile variations, creative transitions and wiggle room to explore your personal practice. She hopes to guide you through an inner experience of a conscious movement practice where you’ll find an element of playfulness and great command for anatomy, alignment, strengthening and philosophy.
