Fabian loves to help guide students through the self discovery that yoga has provided for him. He believes that connecting body, mind, and breath are the key components to helping create a better relationship with oneself. To get a better understanding of the body in motion, he studied Kinesiology at California State University Long Beach. Seeing the changes in himself over 10 years of self practice led him to get his 200
Hour teaching certification with Benjamin Sears in 2018 where he learned to use his voice and education to efficiently guide students through challenging and accessible flows. With his teachings, he hopes to encourage students to become curious about their body, mind, and breath connection but most importantly, unlock their potential through yoga.

Laura started her yoga journey to help heal from past traumas. She started with Yin Yoga before moving into Vinyasa and Pranayama. Learning how to link her breath to her movements and hold space for herself gave her the skills she needed to control her anxiety and get her through the rough patches of life by giving her the ability to breathe through difficult times and see from a different perspective. No longer stuck in her own narrative, Laura wants to teach this healing work to others so that they could take control of their own healing journey. She is certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Hatha, and Vinyasa. In her free time, she enjoys journaling and writing poetry and is a self-proclaimed fascia nerd. She believes that yoga is for every body and aims to create inclusivity in her classes. She wants to create a safe and healing space of non-judgement and growth for anyone who wants to go on a journey of self-discovery. Laura strives to provide a fun, safe, mindful, and open environment for everybody and meets you right where you are with humble gratitude.

Hello fellow cosmic souls! I am Michelle Marks and so excited to embark on this yoga journey with you.
By day I am an early elementary school teacher with an insatiable passion for travel, culture, and adventure.
I have been practicing yoga for many years but its medicine truly called to me during a time when outward travel was not an option- so I went inward, and I am so grateful I did.
Let’s push our boundaries together, in sacred space, and find those pieces of ourselves waiting to be discovered.
