Andrew is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher who’s been practicing for over 20 years. He discovered his love for yoga as a teenager and has since made it his mission to share its transformative benefits with others. He earned his 200hr and 300hr yoga teacher certification through Sundara Yoga and Wellness and completed a 50hr Yin Yoga certification with Bernie Clark. Andrew has studied various hatha yoga styles, including Iyengar, vinyasa, and yin. He continues to expand his knowledge through regular workshops, retreats, and advanced training programs to deepen his understanding of the practice and refine his teaching skills.
In addition to his expertise in traditional hatha yoga practices, Andrew also specializes in Sanskrit, pranayama, and yoga philosophy. His teaching style is compassionate and intuitive, and he adapts his classes to meet the individual needs and abilities of his students. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Andrew will guide you through a practice that promotes mindfulness, and inner peace. Andrew strives to create a safe, healthy atmosphere to explore the body and calm the mind.
