This vinyasa flow class is for everybody! Each teacher sets a unique tone and pace for their class that is accessible, safe, and engaging for all yogis. Flow through your practice connecting breath to movement. Leave feeling rejuvenated, strong, and empowered. See you on the mat!
Vinyasa 1-2 is perfect for the beginners and yogis transitioning into an intermediate level of practice. All are welcome to join. Learn and become familiar with your foundational poses while exploring various breath to movement transitions. Meet us on your mat for a challenging, yet accessible, yoga class. See you there!
Vinyasa 2 classes are for intermediate level yogis who are comfortable in a level 1-2 class and are ready for a more vigorous flow. You can expect to move through poses more fluidly and have the opportunity to explore intermediate balances, inversions, and backbends.
Vinyasa 2-3 is our most advanced class offered at VIVE. All levels of yogis are welcome to join. This class is designed to push yogis their limits. Expect a strong flow with opportunities to explore the depths of your practice by playing with advanced transitions, backbends, arm balances, and inversions.
This is a total body workout designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles by combining power yoga and weight training into one 60-minute, heart pumping class. Add deep core work, bursts of cardio, and yummy stretches to make you NamaStay and want more.
Have the best of both worlds! This class is suitable for any level yogi looking to ease stress, increase flexibility, and deepen their mind-body connection. Enjoy thirty minutes of gentle flow and thirty minutes of deep stretching.
In this class students hold poses for longer periods of time to get deeper into the connective tissues of the body. Gain flexibility and increase circulation in the joints while focusing on the breath and finding peace of mind. Relax & unwind from your day!
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice. This practice guides the body into deep rest while the consciousness is awake. Some practitioners report seeing vivid colors and visualizations during the practice of Yoga Nidra. Just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can equal 2 hours of REM sleep.
During this state of rest between asleep and awake the parasympathetic nervous system kicks in and the body can do its best healing work.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a Late Cancel fee of $10. No Shows will be charged $20 or result in loss of class. There is a grace period of 5-7 minutes before studio door is locked. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for class. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Please bring your own mat and towel. Rental mats are $3. We will provide straps, bolsters, and blocks which will be thoroughly cleaned after each use. Feel free to bring your own props.
Dress comfortably! Any top and bottoms that allow you to move, sit, and that you don’t mind sweating in, is perfect.
We are now located in the Vons Shopping center on 25th and Western. There is plenty of parking.
