    This vinyasa flow class is for everybody! Each teacher sets a unique tone and pace for their class that is accessible, safe, and engaging for all yogis. Flow through your practice connecting breath to movement. Leave feeling rejuvenated, strong, and empowered. See you on the mat!

    This is an energetic style of yoga connecting breath to movement. In this class students build strength, stamina and gain flexibility. Be prepared to move, sweat, tone, and burn calories while making a mind to body connection.

    This class is set to a meditative pace, cultivating peace and calm in the mind, body, & spirit. Our Slow Flow class is for all levels of yogis. Feel free to make the practice your own, without feeling rushed into the next move, breath, or pose. See you on the mat!

    HIIT Yoga

    HIIT Yoga is a fusion of High Intensity Interval Training and Yoga. Its designed to improve your cardio fitness and endurance while using yoga poses that are familiar as foundations of the exercises. If you are beginning yoga, this is a great way to build strength, endurance, balance and breath. If you are an established yogi, it’s a great way to incorporate some cardio and strength into your practice for improvement in postures and breath. Let’s sweat!

    In this class students hold poses for longer periods of time to get deeper into the connective tissues of the body. Gain flexibility and increase circulation in the joints while focusing on the breath and finding peace of mind. Relax & unwind from your day!

    Sign-up and reserve classes online through MINDBODY and CLASSPASS. Walk-ins are always welcome. Please reach out with any questions. 

    Cancellation Policy?

    Try to cancel at least 3 hours in advance to leave space for others. As our community grows, cancellation policy may take place.

    Please bring your own mat and towel. Rental mats are $2. We will provide straps and blocks which will be thoroughly cleaned after each use. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

    Dress comfortably! Any top and bottoms that allow you to move, sit, and that you don’t mind sweating in, is perfect.

    We are now located in the Vons Shopping center on 25th and Western. There is plenty of parking.
